Aspyn Market, LLC (“Aspyn Market,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from aspynmarket.com, use our mobile applications, or use our other products and services that include an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use any part of the Site.

Personal Information We Collect When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”. We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information directly from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). Note that payment information is solely collected, stored, and processed by our third-party payment provider, Shopify and is subject to its terms. We may also collect login information, such as username and password, if you create an account on the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about any information that can uniquely identify you, including Device Information and Order Information. 

Do Not Track 
A do not track signal (“DNT”) prevent web applications from tracking you, you can learn more about DNT at https://allaboutdnt.com. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a DNT from your browser, and the Site may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Personal InformationWe use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). Additionally, we use Personal Information to:

We also reserve the right to transfer your personal information to a buyer or other transferee in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets, equity or a similar transaction. Should such a sale, merger, or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use your personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Behavioral Advertising 
Some content or applications available through the Services, including advertisements, may be served by third parties. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content and for other purposes. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Additionally, if you are an EEA/UK resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. 

Data Retention 
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

Changes 
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you using a method determined by us in our reasonable discretion (for example, by email, posting a notice on our website and/or posting a notice on this Privacy Policy for a reasonable period of time) that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to check for any updates or changes.

Minors 
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information.
